Who is responsible
Patrick Moser-Brillowski, operating M11 through Concierca AI OÜ (in formation). Until the company is registered, Patrick Moser-Brillowski is the responsible party.

What we collect
When you subscribe to the newsletter or request a Blueprint: your email address, the date of signup, which page or Blueprint you signed up from, and basic campaign data, for example which link brought you here.
When you request a free AI snapshot: in addition your name, company, role, the problems you describe and your answers about the tools you use. These answers are stored with your subscription and are only read by Patrick Moser-Brillowski to prepare your snapshot.
Why
To send you the Blueprint you requested, the M11 newsletter and, if you asked for it, your personal snapshot. We do not sell your data.
Service providers
Newsletter: beehiiv (beehiiv Inc., USA) stores subscriber data and sends our emails.
Website hosting: Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). The server logs technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and operation.
These providers process data on our behalf under their data processing terms, which include safeguards for transfers outside Switzerland and the EU.
Unsubscribe
Every email contains a link to unsubscribe or update your preferences. You can also write to p@m11.ch and we will remove you.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to p@m11.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Legal basis
Your consent when you subscribe, and our legitimate interest in running a secure website. This policy follows the EU GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
